1. I've been unemployed for over a year and have hated almost every minute of it.

2. The more I know about the person I want to be, the more unlikely it seems that I will be able to become such a person.

3. I tend to abuse semi-colons constantly in my writing and I have a deep misunderstanding with commas that will one day end in blood.

4. One thing I'm thankful for in my poverty is my lack of attachment to material possessions. I know too many people that use material shit as status and worth and happiness, and it just makes me feel so bad for them. Wow, your DVD collection is huge, what are you overcompensating for?

5. I used to reaaaalllly hate slash in video games or movies or ANYTHING. I still do partially. But when the franchise deliberately pairs the main character with someone so stupid and annoying and vile, it is hard to really support that. Like, I hate SoraxRiku, but I hate SoraxKairi even more because Kairi is so 2D and annoying. I HAD to ship CloudxVincentt in FF7 because both Sephiroth AND Tifa were fucking annoying as shit to me. It was like, I'd rather just have Cloud die than have him end up with Tifa or ship him with Sephiroth. So while I still think a LOT of slash is really stupid/nonsense/wtf!?? I can understand why some people would do it. And I also am starting to notice more and more when video games in particular put people in the game for the sole purpose of slashing, or at least with heavy connotations. (Ummm...LeonxLuis anyone?)

6. I always see someone talking about starting a webcomic and wanting to advise against it. I think mainly because tons of people don't realize how time-consuming it is, and why there are so many dead comics floating out there on the internet that people have to fish through. I'd like to do a webcomic 101 about basic stupid things that newcomers should know that no one really tells them since people who make comics tend to base their views off the experience of the more popular comic artists.

7. I'm a really bitter ugly person sometimes, but I can honestly say if I'm nice to you and go out of my way to communicate with you be it in a comment or email, that I like you and you should not have to worry about that ugliness falling toward you. I'm just the kind of person that has a hard time ignoring the bad because I feel that doing so makes me either naive, or part of the problem. :/ I DON'T KNOW. And sometimes I just need to vent or rant.

8. Over my years on the internet, I've become more and more anti-social as far as online goes. I used to try to make friends with everyone, but the more I've paid attention to myself the more I've become very choosy with my words, and more afraid of sounding completely stupid. So now I'm more of a lurker and creeper than a chatter. I kind of miss not caring so much.
